comprehend one’s own personality, emotions, and behavior without the help of the other
person.
Strengths are tasks or actions you’ll have best. These include
knowledge, proficiencies, skills, and talents. People use their traits and skills
to finish work, relate with others, and achieve goals.

oneself. Self-analysis is the adventure of knowing yourself better.
